"What are the drops from x boss in x trial? Isn't there a list somewhere?"

Out of all the questions I get asked in game and on the forums, this has to be one of the most common. So therefore, I am creating a listing for every drop from every boss in every trial. Of course, if I get one wrong, please let me know! The level 60 ones I went off what friends told me haha, I'm only level 57 so I can't get in them!
